I have a missing part to my chair
I got this chair as a gift it came with no shock so how am I suppose to put it together and the lady wants me to buy the part which I dont agree with it was yalls fault its not there

I have not had any further developments
I placed an order for a Storage Ottoman with ConnsHomeplus on April 24, 2023. The Storage Ottoman was not delivered to my address of record.
After contacting ConnsHomeplus another Ottoman was to be shipped overnight by their vendor and arrived by the vendors delivery courier on 5/15/2023.
I committed myself to waiting for the delivery since a signature is required. I still have not received the delivery of that item.
- Customer service is not committed to resolving the shipping problems

A friend gave me a brand new Drafting chair still sealed in the box before moving. I went to assemble it and the pneumatic cylinder was missing.
Called customer support but because I didnt have a receipt wanted to charge me $60 for the part and shipping. I have read your BBB complaints and this is a common problem. In the sake of customer service could Office Star please send me the missing part?
It is a DC420V drafting Chair, Part 3, Pneumatic Cylinder with Bellows. This chair is worthless to me without the missing piece and I cannot afford the $60+ dollars customer service is asking for.

Bought some chairs and one box was missing the hardware, the Model # is FL1055-U1. Tried calling the company and connecting to your support line. Every time we are put on hold for about 15-20 mins and then disconnected.

- - Six folding resin chairs and a six-foot table were purchased for hosting guests.
- - Three chair seats cracked where molded bottoms extend beyond metal brackets; no reply after photos.
I bought a six feet long folding resin table and six folding resin chairs for occasional use when I need to feed more than ten guests. In short order, the seats on three of those chairs cracked (split) where the molded seat bottoms extend beyond the metal support brackets.
I have talked with support staff there on three different occasions. I sent photos of the broken seats.
I never get a further response. And the chairs have a Good Housekeeping sticker on the backs of the chairs.
Preferred solution: These chairs are poorly designed. I do not use the remaining three for fear they will also split at the same weak points. Replace them with well designed chairs.
