Waste of time
I was told by AT&T when I ordered their Internet/tv package that I can send in a rebate to Offerwire for a $100 rebate card. Filled out everything according to requirement and sent that in at the beginning of April.
Checked back with them in June and was told to wait 7 days and then 30 days. Called again in July and the rep said everything looks correct and she will resubmit it again. Called 2 weeks later and was told to try again in august. Now today I call and they are saying my rebate is invalid.
No explanation, no information. Just told me that is all she can see. Horrible company.

OFFERWIRE RIP-OFF!!
I completely complied with all requested forms & items when I ordered a Time Warner package promoting internet, phone and cable TV access. I was to receive a $150 rebate.
Now, six months later I was just informed that, because I didn't place my order through Offerwire, my rebate request was rejected. I placed my order through Time Warner who gave me the Offerwire form to complete.
I plan on discontinuing my Time-Warner service.In reading the internet reviews, too late unfortunately, I realize now that I was not the only one duped by this classic bait and switch. Hopefully, this warning will protect others.

OFFERWIRE - BAD NEWS- DO NOT TRUST
i ordered a triple play package for time warner cable. offerwire/bridgewire offered $150 VISA card and a free router through rebates as part of their promotion.
when i attempted to get the rebates honored, the companuy failed MISERABLY. ultimately, the rebate offers were not honored. Moreover, during my last call to Offerwire, the rep on the phone (Mary) actually said she did not know her supervisor's name when I asked for that information. She explained that she was new, but that he was in a meeting anyway and would not be able to speak with me.

As you will see on the WEB there are a large amount of complaints of fraud & not honoring rebates !
I too trusted OFFERWIRE, I had them sign me up for a triple play package with Time Warner 12/11.
This promotion was to give me $150 rebate. I did everything they told me to do & more !
It's now been over 7 month since I made my order, 7 calls , 4 emails & now I get no response !
This is even after they tell me a supervisor (Bernedette Bertrand) will call me within 24-72hrs, it's now been a week since that lie ! When I check with Time Warner, I'm told there was no reason that my rebate was denied & I should have received it !

Offerwire Lies
Don't expect to get your offerwird rebate as in most rebates is it a ripoff. Sent info in and approved one of the two rebates applied for at the same time just denied one for no good reason.
Said I sent it in to the wrong place then why did the first rebate get paid and not the second one?
If comcast wants to hook up with these liars then I must cancell my comcast service as I was duped into getting the service because of the rebate or supposed rebate as the case is now apparently. Never again!!!

This company is such a scam. I ordered services for TWC through this company.
I wanted the time needed and sent in my rebate information. I was in the process of moving and had my services transferred over to the new home. When I called about my $150.00 Target called. I kept getting the run around.
I was told no information about my account was available. I was told they would call me back within 7 days. I got a call back in 20minutes telling me that I ordered cable through a different service and that my service had been disconnected.
Well my services were not disconnected just transferred and I did order through Offerwire. This company is the biggest scam out there.
I don't really want to be anonymous. I am from Dayton and I embarrassed to find that this company is from Dayton.
I should have known that this would end up bad. The people that I made the order with were incompetent and it wasn't just the language barrier. They were following a script and any variation resulted in a long hold time. I think that I have gotten them to reverse all of the charges except the shipping and handling on the equipment.
I cancelled the order 10 days before scheduled installation.
The are good people looking for jobs in Dayton. Why don't they hire them
