Charged without warning
Website front page says, "Tell us where to send your free bottle" and "Claim your risk free bottle today!". Site is www.offer.yourhalohair.com.
Ordered on October 6, 2020. My credit card was charged for shipping on 10/8/20. The problem is that they charged me again on 10/25/20, but this time it was $87.21. I called to Halo Hair and Chel (person who answered on 877-364-****) said that the product was not free and that I had 12 days to return for a refund.
Without cancelling I had to pay the $86.21 for one bottle, Chel confirmed. By the way, other sites say standard prices are $56 per bottle.
Preferred solution: Full refund
