I have Mossberg SSi-ONE with exhibition-grade wood stock and Ducks engraved on both sides. I bought it from Gunbrokers where it was advertised as the first one made.
Spoke with a very nice gentleman at your company on 6/27/23 he confirmed that it was made for sales purposes and named the person it was made for at Mossberg. I was given a MVP rifle for Chrstmas by my son and it did not fire right out of the box. I returned it to the dealer and was told it would be sent back to Moosberg and being it was never fired they would replace the bolt and I would get it back in a couple weeks.
Moosberg recieved the gun on 2/21/23 and it is now 4/2/23 and no gun. I called Moosberg and was told they have a 6 to 8 week torn time. This is not what I was told by the dealer which is the Gun Rack in Turners Falls Ma.
The last I was told by Moosberg they have not even looked a my gun. This is poor service.

Poor customer service
Purchased new 930 Tactical on 12/27. Had defective threads on mag extension tube.
Several emails later I am being sent a replacement tube and was told it would take 7-10 business days to get the new one.
Unacceptable.
After speaking with Customer Service, thats overstating the term, got the same story with a very I dont care attitude.
If I could return it, I would. This was my first and last purchase from Mossberg.
P.S., I can drive to Eagle Pass, TX in about 6 hours.
