Of Mossberg And Sons - Poor customer service
Purchased new 930 Tactical on 12/27. Had defective threads on mag extension tube. Several emails later I am being sent a replacement tube and was told it would take 7-10 business days to get the new one. Unacceptable. After speaking with Customer Service, thats overstating the term, got the same story with a very I dont care attitude. If I could return it, I would. This was my first and last purchase from Mossberg. P.S., I can drive to Eagle Pass, TX in about 6 hours.
