Issues with return
OEM emailed me on November 22nd at 12:50 pm, stating they had already issued me a refund. I have not received my refund and have verified that this is not true.
I have sent numerous emails about not receiving my refund with no reply since that email received on November 22nd, 2024. I have made calls to customer support from November 17th through November 27th, 2024, many times throughout all days and left messages at all available extensions with no call back.
User's recommendation: If you should have an issue and want a refund for a defective part, I would not order from OEM.
