Wanting to fix my call to sell it, I placed an order for two parts with

OEM Parts Online. They gave the order to Singing Hills Honda in

Florence, AL to fill.

Singing Hills Honda sent me an email acknowledging my order and credit card info on Sept. 4 and said the

order would be processed shortly and a status update would be provided. I never received an update so called today and was told they have only two people trying to fill 250 orders and that I would receive

an update when the shipping label is created.

The Singing Hills Honda

representative said no estimated time frame for when that would happen is available. So, I don't know whether to wait or cancel.

User's recommendation: You can do business with SInging Hills Honda but once they have your money don't expect a commitment. All you can do is wait and hope for the best or cancel. Right now, I am waiting but don't know how long this will go on. OEM Parts Online doesn't have a phone number for me to contact them and ask to move the order to a dealer who can make a commitment to the customer.
