No one responds to a missing part
Ordered a part with the wrong email so no confirmation got to me while money was still taken out of my account and the part was never received.

I have emailed and all I don’t like *** like this consumer *** not cool I need to talk with someone about my money are I’m gonna file a suit
I didn't get a receipt because of a wrong email when I ordered the part. Money has been taken off my card. I would like to correct my email address so I will get my receipt and confirmation.

Inept company
Not only did it take a long time to receive package and then it was not the item I ordered. Should have received two horns (one high tone and one low tone) but only received one low tone after all I went through just to get the order shipped.
Truly a company from twilight zone!! Will never do business with them again!

Can't get in touch with customer service. I need to speak to human being id understand in email. N I need a refund because I do need the part but it was just the wrong one.

Missing packages
I received a message saying that my order was delivered. But when i went to check for package i was disappointed that there was no package.

It's been a out 4 weeks since you guys took my money and I still don't have my parts. Each day I have to pay to have my truck sit in the shop. What's going on
I need my parts or my money back plus money for the storage of my truck it's been a month. And they don't answer the phones at all.
I'm calling consumers affairs and get down to the bottom of this mess.
Is this a real site or a fake site they are using to fraud people out of there funds. I just don't get it

ok I want to tell you that they sent me the rear spoiler but they didn't send it to me painted it came first and I don't want it like it is in the photo I sent the seller the paint code and the vin# which is 6c I want to return it and my refund of my money and it also took a while to send the product I will not buy from you again it is not fair that they do not send what it is

This company is a complete JOKE. I have called and emailed and have not got anything fixed.
I have found 8phone numbers only to get the run around. I have emailed with no answers. I have chatted with nothing being done . This is totally not ok.
You were quick to take my money and slow to get my part .
That I got after almost a month and its the wrong part. So not happy with anything at all about this company.

I ordered a front end kit and then installed it. After two weeks it wore out they sent me a new one right away. Then a few weeks later the driver's side went bad...still waiting

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. It's not worth the hassle just to save a few bucks.
Placed order and after a month went by and still had not received my order, or been contacted in any way, I called to see when I would receive it. I was told they didn't have a part in stock and would have to order it, it would take up to a month for it to come in. They claimed to have emailed me, but I did not find any email. So I placed an order and they didn't bother to actually order the parts or contact me, and it's going to be and month till I get it.
After stating that to them, magically the part was in stock and was told they would ship right away.
This of course was a lie, after a couple weeks my order finally shipped. So after a little over 6 weeks, I finally got my order. I then began receiving calls, texts and emails stating anything from "my payment has failed, and call them because my order is waiting to be shipped " to "I need to pay or they will send collections after me". Within four weeks they contacted me over a dozen times and yet in the month after placing my order, they couldn't bother to contact me once, or simply send the parts I ordered.
And now months after I paid them, I'm still receiving threats of sending collections after me.
All because they were a few bucks cheaper. Definitely not worth it.

Saw the good price for a part....Placed the order.....Took my CC# on line then crickets. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
