The customer service is very rude and unhelpful. I have never been treated like this by a business before.

On March 5, 2017, I placed an order for Maval Reman 443200****X Power Steering Pump on eBay through OEM Part Haus. The website listing contained a drop down menu for me to select my vehicle.

I selected my vehicle, a 1994 Toyota Camry XLE V6, and it stated "This part is compatible with (1) vehicle" and then subsequently listed the 1994 Toyota Camry XLE V6. After I received the part and was able to remove the existing power steering pump from my car (not until April) did I discover that the part sent to me did not match the part I removed from my car. I contacted the merchant and they berated me for purchasing the wrong part. The merchant accepted the return but refused to pay for return shipping because they believed their listing information is correct.This reasoning is a fabrication by the merchant.

The listing for the part is equivalent to the Toyota part number 44320 0**** or 44320 0****. Toyota parts distributors do not list this part as compatible with the 1994 Toyota Camry XLE V6. I was misled by the information posted on the eBay ad and had to pay return shipping for the merchant's mistake. I have tried resolving this issue with the merchant through direct contact and through the BBB with no avail.

eBay and PayPal have been very unhelpful throughout the whole ordeal. I would like the merchant to reimburse me $13.60 for the return shipping costs.
