Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The manager returned my call and agreed to refund me the money.

I used a kiosk to purchase 5 tickets to see a movie. My tickets never printed.

I then proceeded to the counter and purchased them along with snacks for the movie. When I checked my bank acct the next day I saw that I had been charged for the tickets that I never got from the kiosk. So I actually paid double to see the movie.

I want to get refunded the amount of $44.30. I never even received a receipt for them.
