Horrible. Sent multiple emails and no response on how to return product.
Sent email per website instructions to initiate return with reason I wanted to return product. All I received was a question asking why I was returning product even though had stated reason in previous email. Responded by reiterating why I was returning product.
I never received a response. Sent a 3rd email requesting info on how to return product and still no response.
