Pissed Consumer

OMFG.... I booked a room on the 16 Floor...(There are the only 4 room on this floor.If you have ever stayed in one, you would know that no other room can compare.)come to check in at 2:30pm and was told that it wasn't ready and made me pay the remainder of the balance. I go to get groceries and come back at 4 ( check in time) to wait in line for a hour, only to be told that the room was overbooked and I would have to go in a room on the 9th floor. Which is a 3 bedroom, it is 2 of us. And the view of the street is bull. After fussing with the incopmitent front desk people. The manager gets snappy and asked do you want the room or do you want your money back. I drove 4hrs to get here and at 5pm at this point where would we stay. So I'm paying the same price for a room I hate. I feel so derespected and unhappy at this point. We have spent so much money at this resort, over the years.
