Poor customer service - failed to deliver
Placed an order and expected delivery within the promised period. Fails to arrive.
Chase Ocean Lighting 4 times - each approach is ignored/ghosted.
Shocking customer service.
I am still without the product whilst they still ignore and still advertise the item as available and in stock!! This is tantamount.to fraud
STAY CLEAR OF OCEAN LIGHTING
