Brian in Service is a Liar and Con Artist

LIARS!! BRIAN IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT was A JERK to me after having to Bring Back A Car that Had To Have A AIRBAG RECALL Done.

When I got the Car Back, The Airbag Light Was On!! I Called Service Dept and was told No Problem, Bring it In anytime so we can Recalibrate it and turn it off. So, the Next 2nd Trip I Had To make So They Could Fix Their Mistake. The LIGHT WAS NEVER ON BEFORE THEY TOUCHED THE AIRBAG.

So, Im told it will be ready at 5pm. Get A Call Later that they have to do rewiring UNDER WARRANTY. Next call I get is they need to hold it overnight to finish it So, 3RD trip to Honda to get customers merchandise out if the car. I Get A Call in the Morning that They Need to Fix Wiring at About $1000.

REALLY?? Then given back to me FILTHY DIRTY FROM THEIR GROSS GARAGES. LIES, SCAM ARTISTS!! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CAR THEY WILL FIND SOMETHING WRONG TO LINE THEIR POCKETS WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I USED TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND BOUGHT 3 BRAND NEW CARS FROM THEM. Over The Years They Lied REPEATEDLY ABOUT SERVICES NEEDED DONE. ONE WAS THE BRAKES, I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND THE MECHANIC COMPARED MY BRAKE PADS TO NEW BRAKE PADS, THEY LOOKED THE SAME. ANOTHER TIME, THE BATTERY KEPT GETTING DRAINED ON A NEW CAR, THE TECH SAID HE "ADJUSTED" THE BATTERY.

HOW THE *** DO YOU ADJUST A BATTERY???? MORE LIES THROUGH THE YEARS SO I QUIT BEING JERKED AROUND UNTIL I HAD TO GET A RECALLED AIRBAG DONE TWICE...ONCE IN 2015 AND another in 2018. So, I Was The Lamb Ready To Be Slaughtered at VENTURA OCEAN HONDA. GO TO CARMAX!

THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT, NOT BULL FACE LIE TO YOU AND IF ANY PROBLEM THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. PLUS, FIND A GOOD MECHANIC LIKE ROB'S REMEDIES IN VENTURA WHO ALSO WILL BE HONEST WITH YOU. DON'T BE THE ONE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WHILE THEY'RE SMILING THROUGH THEIR TEETH AND LAUGHING AT YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE FOR BEING AN IDIOT TAKING HOME THEIR SHARE OF EXTRA $$$ LAUGHING TO THE BANK. Conning ANOTHER PERSON OUT OF THEIR MONEY BY SCARE TACTICS.

MY NEPHEW WORKS FOR HONDA OUT OF THE AREA AND HE EVEN SAID I WAS TRYING TO BE PLAYED FOR A FOOL. YOU WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SCREWING UP MY AIRBAG SYSTEM.

I WILL SELL THE LAST CAR I BOUGHT FROM OCEAN HONDA OF VENTURA, Bad Memories, And Buy Elsewhere. I'm Speaking for All the Women and others who have been scammed but didn't speak up.If there is some bad reviews, you know there are plenty more that didn't know where to tell their side if the story.
