Office staff is nice but they seem ill equipped to be working on adults. When I came in, they started the visit with 16 X-rays!

There was no scraping at all completed during the “cleaning”. She never once stuck a mirror or a scaler in my mouth despite it being my first cleaning in 2 years.

The dentist did not address my concerns and never checked my lips, gums, or stretched my lips to view the inside or outside of my molars. A light was never utilized for clearer inspection or my teeth at any point.

Absolutely unacceptable care and I feel my visit through insurance was wasted as I will have to seek out another cleaning and check up.

Why was allie in the des moines clinic said she hated her *** job ans did her resume while she was working and was promoted to office manager

I Had a tooth pulled at the ocean dental on admiral in tulsa .After a long wait in the chair, he tried to pulled the tooth and broke it off . I don`t think he got it all out .

It still hurts bad and something sharp is sticking out of my gum. This was june 20th And It still hurts like ***. He did not use very much pain killer. He pried on it and ground on it.

my whole jaw hurts .

if not better by friday I`m going to the emergency room . Or another dentist They prescribe ibuprofen for pain but its not doing very good---- Robert Dennis Tulsa Ok.

At this dentist they WEIGHED ME. I've never had to be weighed at a dentist!

What is the reason why ocean dental weighs their patients? it's strange.

My daughter said that OJ was the best hygienist she has ever had at Ocean Dental in Stillwater. She actually talked to her, didn't treat her as a "*** kid" and was very kind.

I took my kids to ocean dental for many years, up until earlier this year. I was trying to get my daughter in to see an orthodontist only to find out this place, Ocean Dental, had made a false claim saying my daughter had cavities, yet they did not make me aware of it and they did not do any feelings...they told me that she had no cavities.

I finally got her in to an orthodontist that had also recommended that I start taking her to a non-chain dentist, because ocean dental doesnt actuallt have a hygienist on staff. I switched both my girls away from this chain. Now on top of the medicaid fraud i found out that they were not even cleaning my girls teeth like they were suppose to be doing all these years. One of my girls now has gingivitis starting because the plaque was so built up under her gums.

Do not use this dental chain. They are very fraudulent and you will not get clean teeth through them.

Such a sad situation, people take their kids to dentist so they can keep their mouths healthy and this place basicly just sets them in a chair and makes up a bunch of *** to get themselves more money. If you care for your children at all do not take them to this place!

You suck. You told my granddaughter that the tooth that was hurting her, "well, yiu have a filling in there already and there is nothing we can di about it!".

Really? You are a disgrace to the dental profession. Just had to take her to emergency to get pained for the tooth.

You wont be seeing her ever again.

Ocean dental in shawnee ok absolutely ridiculous thy made me wait over an hour and they were seeing patients that arrived after me. I complained and they still made me wait!

Bathroom was nasty. I told staff and toilet is still dirty with yellow wrings around it.

They require procedures on your kids that aren't even necessary. Terrible

I took my child for a routine procedure yesterday. He got a cavity filled and today his lip is completely swollen and dis colored and they try and tell me he may have just but his lip.

I know the difference from biting your lip and something being done completely wrong.

Unprofessional and no real training. Never taking my children to this place again

Dr durst extracted my teeth on 3 occasions with four on the last.the anesthetic wasnt working. He got pissed off and threw things around the office.

This only made things worse as i was not assured of a pain free extraction. When i tried to relax the issue he played the victim and stated my tension was taking it out on him. Realizing he was delisional oe psychotic and knowing my insurance was horrible,i laid down and TOOK THE PAIN TO GET IT OVER WITH. They ere the last of my teeth and the last of more than thirty extractions over the span of my life.

So, i know the good and bad and this man is evil jabbing my gums with a syringe quickly and carelessly because he was angry.

when i first came in the staff sort of hem hawed around until i began to walk out. A nurse chased me down. Theoffivce manager stated concern of them getting paid.

After readinf the reviews, i will look into potential medicaid fraud. It wouldnt surprise me.

DO NOT take your child here. Medicaid & insurance fraud is huge here

This company needs to be checked out. There is a lot of medicaid fraud taking place in these clinics.

They seek out medicaid patients. The doctors that work on them are just out of school. This company doesn't care about it's employees or the patients. It is only about making money at the cost of poor children.

Doctors are being bought up on medicaid fraud charges. Management does not care about the employees they use them up then bully to make them quit.

They have doctors working on the patients that have been under the influence of drugs. They knew about it and did nothing.
