I was refused to use their bath room at a drug screening facility. nothing posted in waiting area.

Husband had to go to a drug testing facility for his job, this was required to be able to continue working for this company. Well I drove him there, we live about an hour away and I have a small bladder, asked to use the rest room the young boy (about 16 maybe older) at the reception desk went and ask the person doing the test on people, she said No. There was NO sign posted stating no public rest rooms. When my husband went to the back to start his test he asked the lady if I could please use the rest room and again she said NO. My husband a proud Texan and caring man, said out loud to me to *** in the floor, because he knows my condition. The tech told him real quick that she did not appreciate his comment and told him to leave. I went to the door way to explain my condition, she said "I don't care I livE in Galveston and have had three surgeries on my bladder." Then she said "I own this building and u haveto leave or I will call 911" she stated that she did not appreciate him saying that in front of her son". My husband apologized 3-4, times during this whole conversation, did not matter to her. .well needless to say the test was not done. He was really pissed of then.

He should be more worried about his job and getting kicked out of the facility and having to explain it to his boss.
