Poor customer service
Stopped by today after looking at Ford's. Salesman walked by twice and never said a word. After looking at all the vehicles on the lot we went in. We could see salesman sitting in his chair and watched us walk in and never got up. We decided to leave when someone came up to us outside eating ice cream. Could never tell whom are salesman by how their dresses and no name tag. Very disappointed so we are going to make the drive tomorrow to Leesburg.
User's recommendation: Stay away or call and make an appointment.

Terrible manager -James
salesman wayne was great, manager - James was a pompus asshat. We left because of his attitude, he definately needs training and work on how to talk to people. Dealship looks run into the ground, place was dirty, outdated, we sat in ripped/weathered seats in the salesmans office. The Subaru we looked at was filthy on the inside, when asked why reply was we dont have a good detailer. grab a rag and some cleaneroid at all costsav

Cons:

- Lots of add on fees
- Manager is rude
User's recommendation: avoid at all costs

Worst customer service
My 2017 Subaru Impreza has had 3 recalls. Two very serious ones, brakes and ignition coils. When I go to dealer in Ocala, Fl only 1 recall was taken care of because they had not received the part for one of them. They said they would call as soon as the part arrived but never did. I called them and was told the part arrived, so I scheduled an appointment. Mind you this was a brake issue. No one at the dealer was able to tell me how long it would take, so I just sat there to wait for my repair. I waited four (4) hours, and they didn't even ask me if I wanted a loaner. No information on time...no nothing. Like if my time wasn't important. Will never buy a Subaru again and most definitely never recommend to anyone. The customer service is horrendous. Not even an apology for the wait
Cons:
- Too many recalls and poor customer service
