They did the same to me! Pre ordered a Christina Applegate mail in autograph Feb 2022 and have sent numerous emails & messages on various social media platforms.
All have advised contacting brittney@***.com. She stated item would be mailed back Dec 2022, it's now March 2023 & Brittney, nor OC responding & have blocked me.
