Owners scam Loan Officers by not paying any commission
Raymond Moatz runs Obsidian- just Google his name & see for yourself. He scams loan officers from their earned commissions by not paying Raymond Moatz had owned several mortgage companies and ALL had been shut down failed. When you call asking for your pay excuses comes out of the woodwork if you are able to get anyone on the phone. If you are a loan officer thinking about signing on with Raymond Moatz and Obsidian - save yourself a headache. This guy hides behind titles when he the actual person running the company. All his failed companies like 1st Contential, Senture , Sentrix plus all the different lawsuits against him. There are plenty of good mortgage companies out there that would pay you your commission - not this guy!
