I pay extra for pecans on my hot fudge sundae...and I only had a scant amount of pecans...maybe 5 or 6. Also...the whipped cream has been flat on my sundae...what did they change? I was so dissatisfied.

Wrong order...-----...-----

...-----.Need better customer service.

Cant fill with 100 symbols. What else can I say...

I received no notice of theses products not being made.each week I would call I would get the runaround until finally someone told me they would not be available until next year. I still dont know why so I have to drive to one of your stores in Illinois,which is a big inconvenience.

I pocket up two quarts of chocolate marshmallow ice cream from the Glen Ellen location. Neither quart had ANY marshmallow.

I complained by phone and was told that since I didnt have a receipt there was nothing they could do. I sent an email and got no response.

I wont buy from Oberweis again.

Oberweis has told long term employees (7yrs) that they will be demoted from shift lead and lose their insurance benefits ontop of having their hrs cut for requesting time off due to having extremely high risk family members at home during this Corona virus epidemic!!

ON 12/29/2019 AT 8:39PM I WENT INTO THE STORE, TO PURCHASE A BANANA SPLIT. I ASKED THE CASHIER TO MAKE SURE WHOM EVER MAKES MY BANANA SPLIT TO PLS WEAR GLOVES.

SHE DID THAT FOR ME. AS THE YOUNG LADY WAS MAKING MY BANANA SPLIT. SHE USED HER HAND TO MOVE HER BREADS FROM HER FACE, AND FIXED HER CAP SHE WAS WEARING. BUT THAT WASNT IT.

WHEN SHE WAS GETTING THE ICECREAM FORM THE FREEZER HER HAIR WAS SO LONG IT WAS IN THE ICE JUG FROM WHERE SHE WAS GETTING MY ICECREAM FROM, AND PUTTING IT IN MY CONTAINER FOR MY BANANA SPLIT. I WAS GROSSED THE HECK OUT. ANOTHER STAFF NOTICED THIS HAPPENING AND WHISPERED TO ME WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO MAKE YOUR ORDER.... I QUOTE HIM " I SEE HER HAIR IS IN YOUR BANANA SPOLIT AND IN THE ICECREAM IN THE FREEZER.

WELL HE WAS VERY NICE AND MADE MY ORDER. THE MANAGER IM GONNA GUESS HE WAS THE MANAGER BECAUSE HE ASKED THE YOUNG LADY TO GO TO THE RESTROOM OR THE BACK TO MOVE HER HAIR BACK.

I MUST SAY THIS YOUNG LADY WAS OK.

IM SURE SHE DIDNT MEAN ANY HARM, HOWEVER WITH THE LONG HAIR AND LOOSE HAIR IT SHOULD BE TIED UP, OR PULLED BACK.

I MUST ADD I DID NOT ENJOY MY BANANA SPLIT BECAUSE OF THE EVENTS HAPPENING WITH MAIKEING IT. I JUST WANT TO GO INTO YOUR STORE AND HAVE A CALM EVENING EATING OBERWEIS BANANA SPLITS.

PS A CUSTOMER THAT WANTS TO REMAIN A CUSTOMER.

I was told it was a seasonal item and would come back eventually. Not good enough for me.

I dream about Honey Butter Cashew ice cream. I can not believe you have discontinued it for now. I never was much of an ice cream eater until I tasted that flavor.

It is like eating heaven. I am sad !!!

Spoke with a manager quite a few days after the unpleasant occurrence. Although he seemed concerned, I did not believe that any disciplinary action would occur.

He insisted that she did not curse at me however there is no way he could avoid the fact that she was extremely rude. I have since stopped my once-a-week visits I would spend $30 every week and I have informed members of my church not to patronize oberweis any longer

I bought a bottle of milk at the Oberweis store in Hoffman Estates, IL (Palatine Rd.) the other day.

I opened it to find a large chip of glass, broken off of the lip of the bottle. I returned the bottle of milk to the Hoffman Esatates Oberweis store to be told by the manager that she would NOT replace the milk for me!

She accused me of buying the milk at Jewel ! Considering Jewel is right next door, that was really preposterous. I was appalled that the manager refused to replace, or refund, the product.

I will never again return to Oberweis.
