Careless and rude
- - They lost the part I brought for boat repair and lied.
- - The motor stayed in the shop for a winter and then failed.
I brought them a part for my boat for repair, they lost it, and then lied about it. They have a local reputation for being rude, there are other places to buy things for boats and other shops to ask for advice.
My motor was in their shop for an entire winter and failed before I could even leave the dock. Very unprofessional, sad, angry people with zero compassion.

Very poor communication, rude on the phone and in person. Highly disorganized and dishonest when called to task. Sad that life is so difficult in a town with some very expensive watercraft.
