I'm looking are asking for a part for Oasis upright Walker and I just need the knobs I've had this Walker over 8 years one of the original I've told many people about the Walker most of the time they wanted one in the brand Oasis upright Walker 450 lbs. The knee scooter came with some of the tires not pumped all the way up and when we tried to put air into the tire it would not hold the air.
They could have someone to answer the phone for starters. Second they need to make sure the tires are properly inflated before shipping.
