I bought a vehicle from Mr. Badruddin via his ad in AutoTrader. I live in the Dallas area, and had the vehicle delivered. When it arrived, the wheels were dented, like someone ran over a curb, the tires were bald (impossible that they legitimately passed the inspection, the front seat was so ripped that you were sitting on metal, and there was a ton of body damage, including rust in the dents. Mr. Badruddin "doctored" the photos he posted on Autotrader, and essentially "photoshopped out" the body damage and the seat upholstery damage. I have attached the photos to this complaint. You can see where the center console vinyl has been modified, the front seat, and the rear driver side, and back left corner. I sent Mr. Badruddin a certified letter, requesting he refund a significant portion of my purchase price, and he failed to respond. This will end up going to court as a Deceptive Trade Practices Act lawsuit, where damages can be tripled. If you're reading this, and have experienced similar, know that you have legal recourse. Undoubtedly, Mr. Badruddin is counting on us being too naive, or unmotivated, to pursue this in court. For every one person that does, 20-40 do not. Thus, the tens of thousands of dollars that he bilks consumers out of, will barely be dented by an unfavorable judgement. Caveat Emptor ... Let the Buyer Beware.

Please, for YOUR SAFETY and EVERYONE ON THE ROAD, STAY FAR AWAY from this person. This place is TAKING THE GOOD PARTS OFF AND REPLACING THEM WITH ***. They are using the carfax to fool you. CARFAX WANTS TO KNOW!! I strongly advise that you get in touch with carfax if you have been cheated. There is a certificate that carfax will buy back your vehicle, but Sal removes it before giving you the carfax Please I strongly advise you read all the reviews on GOOGLE, YAHOO, ASK and everywhere you can. Trust me it will not take you long to find what others are saying. This company has so many CIVIL SUITS; they put the company in another name. These cars fall apart and can cause harm to you and other people on the road. Do you think this guy cares?? Help by putting this person out of business!!!!!!!!! Help by putting this person OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!

Oasis Park and Sell: Russian Roulette

Spring, TX This convenient concept initially seemed like a good idea... Rest assured, it's buyer beware as the vehicles ostensibly appear solid, due to the compulsory make-over detail work, but mechanically there is no guarantee that you'll make it off the lot. Actually, you will probably make it off the lot but don't be surprised if you find yourself stranded on the highway three weeks later in need of a new engine. I bought a 4-Runner and, not only did I never receive the registration, but the engine literally exploded not three weeks after my purchase. I would encourage anyone buying from this dubious dealership to have a thorough inspection prior to signing. I, unfortunately, did not have the luxury of time.
