Dear Mr. Calderón, I am a 88 year old disabled widow who applied for membership at OASFCU and spoke to you. I am writing this review to share with society. Here are some facts, which are very disappointing and reflect unprofessional attitude of your organization, broken business process and poor leadership. 1. My membership is current at NCGE. Per our call today you informed My membership is cancelled? 2. On our call today you asked my age which is provided in the application, State ID, and passport. You want to do a zoom call? I did not say no to your unwarranted demand. Do you follow same steps with everyone. Please explain why are you verifying my age in call today? ? Do you make members at OASFCU based on age and sex? Do you ask age and sex from all new prospective members? I have been informed it is against US laws and directs towards discrimination also. Looking at unprofessional behavior experienced I am withdrawing my application. Please refer to below my reasons for withdrawing. 1. Our call today and you trying to verify my age, asking Are you 88 . In addition you Provided misleading information about my membership at NCGE. 2. My call with your manager Dana M who had also apologized on his come take upon my voice. I accepted his apology. 3. On 2/12/21, I received an email from Frances Giron stating your membership has not been approved ? Without application? 4. On 2/18/2021, your organization asked me for another application? The email left me confused? Why OASFCU was stating they do not have my application? Then how did MS. Frances on 2/18 stated my membership is not approved? 5. Before sending application again I requested Mr. Dana to call me. I had by now got an intuition intent of your organization. I still submitted another completed application and followed rules. Further got an email from Mr. Dana on 2/18 stating my application is not complete. Frances sent you the document to complete ? Which application was being referred too. The first one? Anyways bottom line is I sent over a completely filled application and left you a message and email. I did not hear from you till Tuesday on my follow up on application. You tried to call me twice. You asked for a strange name, reason for my call back to you. You stated on Wednesday you will call me back on Thursday. No response or call received. I followed by a call today am as you never called as a courtesy. Please explain by return my email as I am confused with comments made by you. I want you to clarify your intent. Please pass my email to your board of directors. I will be contacting them. Please assure me you would not in any form or fashion attempt to run my application. I am withdrawing. I will call you on Monday to discuss the above.
