Do not use this firm if you want reliable and prompt delivery. We waited ten or more days after purchase before a delivery date was fixed. We duly stayed in on that day, at some inconvenience, and on the appointed afternoon were at 6 pm told that the delivery van was only two stops away and would be with us soon. It never turned up.
The next day we were told by a no-reply message that the van was 'unable to deliver' and that we had to arrange another date some ten or more days ahead. Efforts to communicate with customer services were in vain. Emails weren't answered, and over the weekend the phone was dead.
We cancelled the order and required our payment to be repaid. I thought the service abominable.

I ordered 2 x bedside cabinets from Oak World. In their Ad.
It stipulates that if any item is adjudged to be unsuitable or damaged or for any other reason, the company will accept return within 30 days of purchase. The items were delivered and one item had been, quite badly damaged. The other item had marks on it that resembled a cigarette burn. And the drawers were so badly fitted that there were gaps, roughly, 1 quarter of an inch wide.
I was led to believe that both items were natural oak. This was totally untrue. They were of some sort of soft wood reconstituted to look like real oak. l complied with the procedure to effect a return & refund, which included clear photos of the damage but the excuse was that they did not receive the photos of the damage.
Despite of the fact that they received the email that contained the photos.
I sent the email & photos again and they still made the same excuse & would not return my money. I would not do business with them again.
