Part of Elon Property Mgmt-Forec Billings,Sent to Collections after Multiple Safety Hazards

Two electrical issues before giving them sufficient notice to fix or I have to leave with a 12 year old son. I tried to work with them, had two months on my lease in the 2nd Apt I rented from them, there was still 1/8 inch gap in the front door and five maintenance people run through in a year and a half.The last,screwed up an install of a hot water heater so bad that they called their electrician in, who was supposed to put a panel in my unit...The fire came from the electric panel through the dryer cord... The electrician, Stuzman Electric, agreed at first that he did a temp repair,panel needs replacing,but 3 months later told me when an Oakwood Maintenance man there,no I was mistaken...due to Laura Arroyo, Leasing Mgr saying to no to spending money on safety issue...Especially when a temp repair is $200-300 and a new electrical panel is $1500...Laura told me a work order was in for months,I wasn't about to let my son get injured or killed from her ignorance as a "slumlord", she let "junkies" and "drug dealers" come and go, a light ran over with wiring exposed on the front lawn for 6 months in front of unit and painted over the mold in the master bath and bedroom, but wouldn't do the right thing and replace a damaged electrical panel that had been an inherent risk...Then to add insult to injury after paying $5000 in one unit and $8500 in the other without any consideration(took 7 months and 4 different maintenance guys to change a garbage disposal that never worked) Laura Arroyo put me in collections for $1650 for God knows what? Breaking a lease?, They broke the lease when 3 days after she(Laura Arroyo) did my lease and 40 pages signed by both parties for 1 amount, tried to "redo" my contract for $216 more per month! Then after her VP of Elon Property Mgmt said my contract is enforceable at the original rate, exceeded her authority and delivered me a 10 day handwritten notice to vacate the premises, for my dog! The same one I paid a $300 deposit and $15 per month to have there,while her friends and family (tenants I watched daily come and go through evictions) had dogs that weren't suppose to be there(pit bulls) that didn't pay a dime! Currently I have the Pasco county,the Fire marshals office and the Federal Trade commission looking into these violations and unsavory business practices....
