Disgusting treatmentOvercharged exorbitantlyHave had to raise a dispute with my credit card company who I think should sort it out also made a complaint to fair trading$380 overcharged cleaning fees and they cant explain it and wontDownright rude response no consideration to give a partial refund at all by the area manager. After many many emails were sent from myself and downright ignored.Different explanations for the charges from different staffRefused to provide any proof of what the charges were actually for.Terrible experience

I have been overcharged exorbitantly $386 for cleaning fees at your gold coast hotels. I admit the linen and towels had a tinted moisturiser on them that I had never used before and didnt realise would come off onto everything, but I just know for a fact that it comes out of towels etc with a normal wash cycle.

I stay at other hotels regularly and they have not done anything like your awful staff did. I confronted them and sent emails asking for proof of extra washing of the towels, linen etc or proof of cost for replacement but they cannot provide that because its not real. They didnt even reply
Am I a second class citizen how dare they charge me so exorbitantly
I would like proof from the hotel as I know this is a fabrication and they were obviously just thinking I was some obnoxious person they could treat lilw crap. But google reviews is very real and I spend alot of money on hotels around the Gold coast.

I want a partial refund of the $280 I was overcharged
If this isn't responded to and I dont get a refund at least partially etc
I will be escalating this to fair trading. How rude that your staff there just ignore my complaint and request for actually invoiced proof
