I need to get my glasses replace
A kid at the chinook mall store was using a different employees account when he told me my glasses and I was positive that I paid extra for extra warranty on top of the original warranty that comes with a Oakley thinking nothing about it, or of it went to the store and they told me they couldnt do it because I didnt pay for that extra warranty which I was sure I was because thats how I am

I need to get my glasses replace
A neighbor puppy was at our house with her owner our friend ! And he got at my glasses!
And I know concerns at first, but when I got to the store at chinook mall in Calgary, they told me that I did not pay for that extra warranty on top of the warranty that Oakley comes with automatically! And I know I did well Im pretty sure I did because of the kid that sold me the glasses kept talking about that warranty extra warranty!? So of course I got it knowing that I feel more relieved ordering them. I was talking to a lady couple days ago and she said shes going to update my status to urgent so they can get my request send further up the line to like a supervisor or something it was supposed to be emailed to me but Im looking at my emails for a second day now and still nothing just this so Im replying back and also when I did bring them back it wasnt the same kid that sold me the glasses!
And I trim my explaining to the teller or salesman or whatever he was looking at it and he said he knew who was talking about and he noticed that the kid name was on his account or whatever!?
So the kid that sold me the glasses was using a different account other than his own and so in the end I end up getting screwed over because I was positive. I paid for it all the kid was that convincing.

I ordered a backpack on October 07, 2020 and the expected date of arrival is October 14, 2020. But, till now, I did not receive my order.
Few days ago, I received a mail informing that your order would be late by 2-3 days.
Now, it is already more that 4 days till expected date.
I want to know about my order. When will I receive that?

Beware anyone with good moral values. This place is ready to rip the head off any naive, unprepared, unsuspecting buyer.
They sold my daughter a vehicle for 6M dollars over the KBB List price. Covered the wreck with a bra on the front so that it could not be seen. Financed it without trading in her current vehicle and for an outrageous interest rate. I suppose she will file Bkr due to her lack of knowledge and their savvy salesmen.
Using your knowledge to hurt people is not what big business should be about.
I have been in banking for years and worked with people from all walks of life, but I would never have stooped so low as to put someone in dire straits for my own personal gain. 1/7/20 Terri Webb
Please Read this before contacting Oakley.ca/ Warranty
Do not send your glasses to Oakley.ca! I purchased my glasses in Feb 2017.
In June 2017 they broke at the right arm near the hinge. I contacted Oakley and they told me to take pictures and send them the info. I thought I could take them to a jewelers and have them spot welded back. Which is what I had done to an old pair that broke on the nose bridge.
Anyhow, about 4 weeks later they contacted me and said, please send them in for an assessment. I shipped them in the solid case in which I had purchased them and waited about 3 more weeks. Finally an email said, your glasses have been damaged beyond repair, please choose a pair of glasses for the amount of 220$ CAD. Immediately, I realized my glasses(tinfoil polarized) were worth more and this was an exchange plus cash program, not a warranty program.
So, I decided to have them return the glasses. A few days later I received an email that stated my glasses had been discarded and were not available, but the 220$ CAD offer was still open and thats all they could offer. After 7 phone calls over 3 weeks and continuously pushing customer service to transfer to a supervisor, I was able to talk with somebody that stated they were a supervisor (Amanda). At this point I gave her the business end of this situation and told her that no more calls would be made.
She will secure, package and mail a new pair of sunglasses with papers and hardcover box to my address. The bottom line was theft. Approx, 2 days later I received an email that said your glasses are on their way. Hi, Oakley.ca.

Absolutely the worst customer service i ever had
I went to put on my $400 dollar pair of 1.5 year old glasses when the arm fell off. The glasses were not badly broken but the spring hinge let loose.
I followed the the steps with oakley warranty. first it took almost 3 weeks to get a response and when i did they wanted a receipt. Mine were a gift and did not have the receipt. I was not looking for a new pair just repair the hinge.
I even offered to pay for the repair. After several emails the warranty rep stated there was nothing they could do, did not have parts to fix the glasses and would give me a small discount to buy new.
Perfectly good glasses are now garbage. Never buy Oakey glasses they don't stand behind them.

I purchased a pair of sun glasses in late October and was told it would take 3 days. a couple days later I was told that it would take an extra week.
Then I called after two weeks and was told it would take another week. Then told another week. This week I got mad and called customer support and complained and was told they were scheduled to be done this week but probably wouldn't be. They said that things are always delayed.
Now I am told 4 more weeks.
This is ridiculous. I wanted them for my nephew who is going to be at baseball camps in the southern US over Christmas Holidays

Not by any known legal method of accounting or calculating depreciation.
Or any reasonable claim.
Repair is another story. It's not the manufacturer's business.
They make new things.
There are several optician shops in our area who can be quite clever with repairs and restorations.
Perhaps there's one near you. And be polite.
