Live in SF and the damage occurred while in LA. Downtown LA Kia was able to identify the part number but would take a few days to order.

I said never mind, I’d get it when I returned to SF. Nearest dealer to my home is in Oakland. Left messages, ordered online, called customer service no reponse. Tried Kia’s online chat - hopeless, sends me links to accessories. Called Kia’s main number to complain, put me thru to a roadside assistance phone tree, again and again.

This is not how you retain customers.
