Poor customer service

Searching for a replacement Kia emblem for the damaged one on my hood. Live in SF and the damage occurred while in LA. Downtown LA Kia was able to identify the part number but would take a few days to order. I said never mind, I’d get it when I returned to SF. Nearest dealer to my home is in Oakland. Left messages, ordered online, called customer service no reponse. Tried Kia’s online chat - hopeless, sends me links to accessories. Called Kia’s main number to complain, put me thru to a roadside assistance phone tree, again and again. This is not how you retain customers.
