They gave me a refund!

I placed an order on 1/17/20. On 1/28/20 I realized I had not heard anything from them about my order, so I did some research. I know I should have done this before placing my order (I usually do, dumb me) Anyway... I found multiple reviews that the company is a scam, customers not receiving their order at all or it being the wrong order, customers not receiving their order for over 3 months, and then the quality of the product is poor at best. Also, when customers tried to contact this company, they got the run-around from customer service. There were so many bad reviews. I was upset after reading all of those that I emailed the company that same day and asked where my order was. I explained that it had been 11 days with no information from them on my order, that I had read the reviews of their company, and I was not waiting months for a scam. I did receive an "out of the office" email that it was their "Spring Festival" until the 31st and that they would respond after that. I responded with... "enjoy your holiday, but when you are back I need a response or I will be contacting the BBB, the FTC, consumer sites, and social media. Well... within 24 hours, before the 31st LOL, they sent an email saying that one of the items would be shipped out as soon as possible but the other was out of stock and would I be okay waiting for restock (which is what other customers wrote about on their reviews and then did not receive their item), so I responded with, "no, refund me". I have not been emailed back, and I have sent a couple of emails over the last 3 days asking for my refund. I know it hasn't been long, but to me... it's been too long. They took my $ the day I ordered. I had to send an "email" to even get a response, and that was 11 days after I ordered. I feel that customers of this company are not taking their problems with this company to the right people. The reviews out there on this company... are awful, and I am not waiting for 3 months to go by with no product or refund, I will do my review and warnings to others now.
