When buying the top of line Toyota make sure you check to see if it has remote starter
I purchased a 2020 brand new RAV4 Limited AWD, after the purchase was completed from Toyota of Oak brook in Westmont, IL I found out that it does not have a remote starter either on the key fob or wireless from phone (which I do not prefer) I have to pay $700.00 to have the remote starter installed per the service dept.
a $42k vehicle not having a remote starter is unacceptable. Honda's less expensive all models have remote starter.
If the $700.00 is reduced to $250.00 it may be reasonable
Preferred solution: Price reduction
