  • - Doctor mocked me, delayed in-office blood tests, and suggested ER; I was denied hip treatment and antibiotics for my dentist appointment.
Updated by user Aug 19, 2024

I called QIO this morning and they aren't going to help me. I called Oak Street and I still can't get an answer as to why they won't order me a basic blood test for my diabetes.

Original review Aug 01, 2024
Before I made my appointment, I made clear that I'm pretty sure that I'm diabetic, and I'm in need of some basic blood tests. When I got to the appointment, the doctor basically made fun of me, while doing the exam.

I was told they could do the blood tests in office, but they wanted me to wait two weeks, and come back for the blood test. I was then told that I should just go to the ER. I really don't think it's appropriate to force a disabled man to go to the ER, because their PCP refuses to order blood tests. She also didn't prescribe me the antibiotics I needed, for my dentist appointment today.

I have a prosthetic hip, and I'm being denied medical treatment, and none of the state agencies that I have contacted will help me.

All of this is tied into the previous video that I made with you. It's all happening because of a retired police officer stalking and harassing me.

User's recommendation: I would avoid this place, because they refused to treat me, and made fun of me.
