This is the @nd 1 Gallon Bottle that has gone BAD 1 week(7 days) before the Freshness Expiration Date. My Refrigerator is working perfectly, Temperature does NOT vary. I make Café Latte EVERY morning 7 days a week. The milk will CURDLE when I do the Steaming process. This 2nd bottle: Freshness Exp Date 09/21/19, PLT# 06-407 F3 07:59
