Unreliable watch brand

I purchased an Oak & Oscar Sanford automatic watch in 2016. This watch has failed on me each and every year for the past 4 years.

After the watch stops running it has been returned for professional servicing and repair, which normally takes about 8-12 weeks. After approximately 12 months, this cycle repeats itself and the watch again is sent back for servicing, which is now going on for the fourth time.

There are no external factors that I am aware of that would degrade the performance of this timepiece and cause it to fail repeatedly. It is not subjected to jarring, vibration or sudden impact.

I typically wear this watch along with two other watches rotating wearing each of them every few days. When the watches are not being worn, they are on a watch winder.

In light of this watch' past performance, it's highly unlikely that it will ever function properly without it having competent and proactive care that it should have had from the initial onset of the failure.

And now to add insult to injury, their "Director of Watchmaking" wants me to send it back to them and charge me $500 to replace the movement that has been the problem since day one!
