I placed an order on 9/13 & paid for “urgent” shipping . It shows my delivery was due 9/20 - 9/21. When I track my order it shows that it hasn’t shipped as of today 9/20.
Tried calling customer support 3 times & sent an email as well. Was hoping to get details on the status of my order, but have been unsuccessful. My order, which consists of 3 custom necklaces for my sister's birthdays was due to be delivered today 9/20, but is still showing its in packaging & control. Unfortunately, I'm leaving town on the afternoon of 9/21 to go celebrate with my sisters & unless Oak & Luna kick it into gear..it looks like I won't be bearing, gifts even though I paid for urgent delivery. Kind of sucky that there's been no communication from O & L on why there's been a delay. I've never ordered from them before, but read good reviews on the quality of their jewelry, so felt confident in my purchase. I assumed, if there was an option for expedited & urgent delivery, that they would follow through or at least email me letting me know there was an issue on their end. *** customer service is where Ill leave this review!

Question about your jewelry
I love your jewelry and am wondering if you can make a fingerprint on a charm for me? I would love to have a fingerprint on a charm and attach the charm to the chain link necklace. Do you every do something like this? My son recently passed away and I want to have this made. Thank you, Heidi

Arrival of the order
My package was supposed to arrive 8.24, and still hasnt arrived nor is there any type of update for me to know when my package will arrive. I tried to find a number and sent a email to there is no number to call and I havent received a response from my email. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE.
