Terrible Quality and Horrible Service
- - Ordered quad tray midnight black for $250; arrived damaged.
- - Replacement arrived damaged with yellow circles and a crease; return shipping denied.
I ordered the quad tray special edition midnight black for 250 dollars and the unit was in terrible condition. There are large gouges and scratches all over the leather.
I exchanged it for another which the company sent out that has massive yellow discolorations in circles as well as a 5 inch crease/scratch in the leather. The customer service is now saying "because we sent one already we are not going to pay for the return shipping on this." The company sent out two defective/damaged products and will not stand by the work and cover a return on damaged pieces.
For 250 dollars one would expect a quality piece to arrive not discolored and damaged. The service and product are terrible.

There is nothing wrong with the iPad. It is the nytstnd charger it is not charging my iPad.The nytstnd charging stand was delivered to me today.

Saw this product which claimed it was an all in one night stand for I-Watch, I-Pad, Cell Phone. This product was received yesterday and is such poor quality and light weight that it wouldn't be able to hold the products.
So disappointed in Fox and Friends promoting this item.
I read another review on this product that said it looked like a 7th grade shop project.
Also there is no refund. Never buy anything from Fox and Friends again.
