Defective sofa, unsafe to use

Customer service representative Elena Uta pretends to help by calling the manufacturer who keeps "evaluating" the issue infinitely! 9 months passed, technician report clearly states the sofa has manufacturer defects, and I still don't have a piece of decent quality furniture or my money back. Elena Uta also gives a "solution": me having to uninstall the sofa, pack it carefully and send us back for examination", meaning I have to lift huge heavy parts, unscrew 40 screws, somehow take out stuck back pillows, buy packing material and remain without any sitting surface in my living room for an indefinite period of time - all because NY Furniture Outlets sold me a defective product!

On March 3rd, 2022 I purchased there a sofa with multiple manufacturer defects, among them: two legs don't reach the floor, three legs can't be installed vertically (straight) and with time one of them damaged the frame, one arm coming out from the holder, locking mechanism doesn't hold two parts together. I filed a claim on the day the furniture was delivered and assembled, 04/07/2022.

A technician hired by the seller confirmed all the defects are manufacturer and not caused by our installation. A report with video and pictures was sent to the company on 07/11/2022. After an exchange of more than 30 emails in 9 months, nothing has been fixed.

Usage of the sofa is unsafe according to a specialist's advice. I live in Canada and made the purchase online https://nyfurnitureoutlets.com/
