In my experience with this company, I placed an order in good faith expecting to receive the item I paid for. This is my first issue with them, and unfortunately, it has been a very negative one.
What went wrong is simple when my package arrived, the box was empty.

I immediately reached out to report the issue, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with resistance and a refusal to take accountability.
The company states they have footage and shipping records; however, none of that has been shared with me to support their claim. From my perspective, I did not receive the product, and the condition of the package reflects that.
Additionally, I have been unable to locate verifiable business information for this company, including a legitimate physical address. My attempts to research the business have raised concerns, as I could not find reliable information confirming its legitimacy.

This raises the possibility that the company may not be operating transparently.
In terms of improvement, I do not believe the company is currently acting in good faith when handling customer disputes.

Rather than working toward resolution, they are deflecting responsibility and relying on internal claims without providing transparency.
I am an honest and straightforward person, and I have provided accurate information along with supporting photos and communication. At this point, I stand by my claim that I did not receive the item I paid for and am requesting a fair and appropriate resolution.
