The last time I heard from Nvlaen was 5-24-21 when he replied back to my long list of emails that "If there is new information about the refund I will notify you" complaints@***.com There is no new information or contact with the sole owner of this scam website Michael Pineda but reported him also to the FTC on 6-16-21 along with others.

Do not buy from this website he is tagged suspicious-young-untrustworthy. Did not get my TV/DVD combo or a refund. Gives a customer fake tracking numbers. The owner, Michael Pineda, will lie, lie, lie!! Beware!
