White Glove Delivery - My ***

They scheduled a delivery between 8 and 12. It's 3 hours later and their dispatchers claims I am next.

I just called them to see if they were going to make it by 5. Straight to voice mail. He claims the deliveries guys are not answering their cell phone so he can't give me an ETA. I even spoke with a corporate guy and he was given the same answer.

Since when is " I don't know" a proper response from a logistics company.

I have spoken to the customer service reps at Leaf and Loom and they have been great. They also got the 'I don't" know response.

Worst delivery company around!

Scheduled delivery for a Tuesday afternoon, guys showed up and couldn't deliver because "not enough people on the truck." Delivery guys left the 100lb foundation in my hallway and just left. After calling NVC to complain about not getting delivery and that guys left the old broken item in the hallway, same guys came back to the house, just walked in, moved the broken foundation into the bedroom on its side ,and left again, without a word - leaving the broken foundation standing up on its side in the middle of my bedroom!

Called NVC again to complain and emailed pictures to "supervisor" Sylvia B., who assured me that delivery would be rescheduled with extra delivery guy first thing Friday morning at 7am. I spent an hour on the phone with her explaining how I wasted the time off of work and was now stuck with an even more broken foundation that I can't use anymore at all, because it broke more when guys were moving it. Sylvia assured me that delivery would be made at 7am Friday, no need to worry. That never happened!

No calls, no delivery, nothing.

Now what happens? Truly terrible customer service!

Coscto order for Proform Elliptical not received ordered on 11/18 not received till 12/08 and company says they will deliver on 12/16. Tracking system of this company did not showed any target delivery date or anything promising.

The local company received the package at VA location 12/07 but to deliver it to MD location they need one week. When they receive package they says someone will call you within 2 business days even when I am telling them someone is at home 24 hours and deliver anytime. Such a waste of time.

One month time for the delivery is worst threshold delivery management. WORST type of delivery service.

Nvc Logistics Group - They Hold Your Property Hostage

I ordered an elliptical machine from NordicTrack and they used this company NVC Logistics Group to ship the machine. On Tuesday 8/11 they received my machine and called to set up a date t deliver it.

They said they are only in that specific area every Tuesday. So because they just received my machine, they wouldn't be able to deliver it for a week. That means my machine sits in their warehouse for a week. :-/ An automated system calls on Monday to set up a time of 4:00-8:00pm to deliver my machine.

No human interaction at all. It's kind of like this is what you get, take it or leave it. :-/ Tuesday come and my wife is home all day long waiting for them. No one shows.

I received an automated call at 5:00pm, which I couldn't answer because I was driving. When I tried to call back I found out it was only an automated system. Again no human involved. Had it been the delivery driver or a customer service person, then I could have spoken to them to find out when they were delivering my machine.

But NOOOOO. It wouldn't have helped any because they close at 4:00pm, so there would be no one I could contact anyway. This morning 8/19 and they say they were at my house and no one was home. They said they rang the doorbell and knocked.

I have two dogs, if they had done either of those things, the dogs would start barking like it was Armageddon. They said they have a picture of the front of the house. I have several text messages from my wife during that time and she was sitting waiting for them to show up.

Now apparently we have to wait another week for my machine. This is unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
