- Bruhub unit bought Feb; first failed after a month; replacement.
- Second and later units failed; shipping: $15 to receive and return; won't buy.
We purchased our first Bruhub Unit in February.
Returned first one to store after a month and received a new one.
Returned 2nd one to company about 3 months later with same issue.
They sent us unit number 3. We had that one for about 2 months and had the same issue.
Called the company and they sent us unit Number 4.
We had it for 2 weeksworked finethen went on vacation for a week.
When we came back we had the SAME issue!
I am done. I am tired of playing the waiting game to see how long it lasts this time.
The last one they sent us we had to pay around $15.00 to have it shipped and another $15.00 to ship the defective unit back to you.
We should have put that money toward a new different brand and model.
Obviously there is something wrong with the structure of this particular unit.
It works so long and then when you turn it on it acts like it is starting up and then shuts down and beeps that it is done!
We will not purchase any more small appliances from your company EVER and will not recommend to ANYONE

Nuwave 45001 3in 1 coffee maker
- Had it two weeks; worked fine until today.
- Power button lights briefly, then shuts off.
- Tried another outlet; issue persists.
- Filter and inlet are clean.
I have had it for 2 weeks. Has worked fine until this morning.
Went to turn it on push the button and it lite up, then turn it self off. I check the plug. Moved it to a different outlet same thing.
Check the filter, still clean, clean the water inlet.
Still the same. Lights up ant turn itself off within 2 seconds.dont buy.

Bruhub Coffee Pot

Purchased the Bruhub 5 weeks ago and within the five weeks it continually shoots coffee (pod or grounds when using the carafe) everywhere. The coffee pot (the plastic one) also is now leaking from the bottom.
The company agreed to send me a new base but the plastic pots are on back order and the company had no idea as to the re-stock date. This pot is the worse we have ever had!

I do not think there is one. No help with troubleshooting in manual. The Nuwave company would not replace product!

nothing has changed
A part broke on my BruHub so I ordered a replacement. The part cost $10 - the shipping from IL to NC for the 1 lb package was $11.
3 weeks later and several phone calls to customer service, I still don't have the part. They sent it economy UPS which means UPS brings it to my city and gives it to the post office to deliver. After waiting for 2 weeks I went to the post office where I was told that the package was lost! I called Nuwave and they said I needed to wait another week before they would do anything to fix the problem.
At the end of the week, I called back. They said they would send me a new part but I had to cover the shipping ($11). How ridiculous - the package they sent was lost and I have to cover the new shipping. And I'm pretty sure they make money on the shipping as I mailed a heavier package to CO from NC for $8.
I'll never buy another of their products - not worth it. This particular part broke 5 days after I received the coffee maker. It was under warranty so they sent me the part and I paid the $11 shipping. When it broke again in one year, I paid $21 for the part and shipping.
Now they want me to pay another $11 - that's $42 for one part in 12 months. I decided to cut my losses and buy from a more reputable company

While brewing a cup of coffee a loud noise started and coffee grounds and water flew everywhere. I quickly shut it off.
What a mess it made. Once it cooled off I examined what the problem was. There was so much pressure in the pod area that it tore it apart. I sent an email with the model number and a picture.
They have never responded. This is the 4th replacement in less than a year. When the last one quit brewing I contacted customer service. They made me feel like I did something wrong.
I take very good care of my kitchen appliances. I need to find out where to report the danger this coffee maker can be.

I ordered the coffee maker. The water holder leaked and the carafe was in the locked position and it wouldn't unlock.I called and they did offer to send replacement parts BUT when you pay a lot of money for a product you expect it to work so I declined.I took it to the post office and ended up paying $29.39 to return a broken product so I could get a refund for a product that didn't work.Never again will I order from Nuwave. I don't feel I should be responsible to return their broken product.Now I'm out almost $30.00 because Nuwave wouldn't pay for there broken product to be returned.

I agree, the power base stopped working after 1 yr and 2 months. Not only would they not honor a replacement part, but the new replacement part was $90.00. So I purchased a Keurig instead.
