When I called to cancel few days ago because Google is trying the situation I live rural are in Indiana I was told that she call back to let me know direction. They deducted payment from credit and no answer yet cancellation

I bought the Nuwave Air fryer in July 2020. Last night, while in a cooking cycle, it just quit.
Cord was also quit hot. Let it cool overnight, but it is shot.
Is this common? Very disappointed.

Quality depletion of filters
The large white filters clog up easily on a flat surface with no carpet. In 3 rooms of combined space under 800 square ft I have to run it consistently, and I've paid for more extra filters in under 4 months of ordering it.
The other thing is it blows out very cool air good for hot months, but not when it's already cold outside.
Also it spews out onto my bed less than 3 feet away dirt particles that I've shook off my clean bed covers that I use to cover my head as I sleep. Also I have a family member with asthma and he prefers it not on.
