PHONE connectivity with HUMANS nearly impossible

NuVision has SO embraced AI that speaking human to human via a simple phone call takes 8-20 MINUTES of waiting. Can't even speak with a person in a nearby Banking center without going thru the AI gauntlet.

Online FAQ are not helpful for complicated issues.

The Phone # sent via e-mail to use when setting up transfers DOES NOT EVEN WORK! Altho the account system and processes ARE TOP LINE and I have full confidence in this FCU I AM now considering going to a different FCU because of the POOR, REALLY VERY POOR human to human connectivity aspects this FCU has embraced.
