Resolved: Poor Customer Service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company finally emailed me after I shared I had disputed the charge with my cc company.
The representative advised it was an error at the distribution center. I requested that the order be cancelled as requested. The next day I received a confirmation email my order was cancelled.
On a side note the company blocked me from posting on their FB page. This is one way the companies reviews look so good they block the bad ones.
FYI, don't order from Nuvio! Horrible customer service and the chiller I ordered on April 9th still hasn't shipped!
I did a charge dispute with my credit card company because the company stopped responding to my emails yesterday. Beware!!

Nuvio is the biggest scam I’ve ever dealt with! They won’t give you any address to mail back things I didn’t order, I’ve tried everything. I’m 68 years old senior they sent a package of 5 antennas I d
I was going to order 1 I was 1 went to google to check what people said about the TV. I went back to the site but the order was gone.
Later I I gets a email saying I ordered 8 I was dumbfounded I only have one television. I called immediately.they said that it was all had been mailed.
I’ve sent 10 emails and 5 emails I was going to mail them back but they wouldn’t give me an address. I will never will buy anything from that company and I’ve told Facebook
I have 1 TV in my house why would they send 5 and run it through my bank account without my authorization. Ive been trying for weeks to just give me a returned address and still they wont! They wont even answer me.

They charged me for 5items I didn’t order and refused to give me their address to send it back! Scammers
They charged my bank for 5 antennas that I didn't order. They refused to give me their address to send them back. I don't need 5 antennas; I only have one TV and I have cable.

The unit no longer works after 4 months
The chiller unit started leaking water internally. They told me to tighten up the hoses, which I did.
It did not fix any problems. I've corresponded with them and they no longer return my emails.
I dont know what else to do besides right this to you guys and hopefully we can get some resolution!!!

Still trying to get a refund for an item not received.
Order. #6042.
I placed an order believing that i was getting an ice pad with chiller and lid. Found out after the fact that the chiller was a separate purchase and was not able to cancel the order because it has already shipped and i wold have to wait to recieve the item first.
I than found a deal on your website for the chiller for $599 and it comes with a free ice pod and lid.
Inquired about buying the $599 deal with Nuvio deducting what i already paid for the ice pod
How can i speak with someone that can answer my question?
