My story is too long too write in a message so I need someone to call me in regards too the horrible job they did. I have obtained a lawyer and will move forward if I don't here from anyone. I'm in pain everyday and have been since day one

No concept of time; no respect for patient's schedule

Initially, I was told the consultation would take 45 mins. When I arrived on the first visit, I was there 90 min, and the consultation hadn't even begun.

I had to reschedule and was told to be there at 9am the following day therefore would get right in. I arrived at 8:55 checked in. Still sitting there at 9:30 I told the receptionist I was leaving and didn't appreciate them wasting my time. Total disrespect, disregard of patient care.

The lame excuse was "there was a 9am meeting called for employees".

In other words, "to *** with your appointment commitments, the patients can wait". Very aggravating.
