Do NOT hire, use or pay this company a dime

I paid $3691 up front for the year in December of 2018. Then in November of 2019 I was told that they noticed I hadn't been paying my monthly fee but that it was their error and they would not try to collect. Then in January of 2020 I was contact by Altus collection agency saying I owed $3588 for this monthly fee that I never agreed to. The money I paid them was a complete waste. They lied about what they would do and are now lying about what I owe. Steer clear of this company.
