We dealt with them for 8 years with no problems. They froze $24,000 without
any notice, warning, or reason at al.
You can only talk to customer service
agents who have no power at all. If you google Nuvei reviews you will find
endless bitter and very valid complaints. It took two weeks to finally get our
money with lots of phone calls and emails. You do NOT want to deal with
this company.
They will soon implode as they are busy committing
financial suicide. Risk management is Satan and his minions.
