I just found out that this company has been charging me $9.95 per month for nothing. I never signed up for a subscription and suddenly all these charges show up on my credit card.

I am trying to get Capital One to remove the charges but they only was't to go back for 3 months and this company has been charging me since 2012.

They said I signed up for so type of discount program that I was unaware of. I am seeing that many people have had problems and I'm wondering what I should do next to try and get this issue resolved.

I complain the "NUVALIFE.COM" $29.95 charged me.

I ordered the product in this website, total is $2.54 on their website, that mean... no additional charge.

They emailed me confirmation is total $2.54.

When I read the credit card statement, they charged me $2.54, plus $1.00(don't know what it is), plus $29.95 as membership fee.

I never agree the $29.95 membership fee, and it did not showed in the confirmation email, it did not showed in the website total amount.

They are cheating customer, please investigate, let me know if you need further information, thanks.

They did eventually sent me the product after one week, without tracking info, and in a terribly wrapped, garbage-like package. And that's not the end of story: my credit card was then charged $1 a day later, followed by another $19.95 2 days after that.

The worst was yet to come, a few more days later my card was used to make purchase of almost $600, then another of almost $1,300 both from HAYNEEDLE INC (188******** NE), all within one week of time.

Luckily, my card company stopped payment right when the large sum was charged and prevented more activities from happening. Definitely STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Made an on-line purchase over a year ago. Never realized that my savings at that time signed me up for a membership.

For over a year now they have charged my credit card $9.95/mo. *** me..never even noticed the repeat monthly purchase. Not once did I receive an email or any catalogs in the mail to let me know I was a customer of theirs. As for Nuvalife, they kept saying that I agreed to themembership.

By the way there are SEVERAL complaints regarding this company and the fraudulent membership.

Nuva Life site is a scam so check your account after a purchase and make sure they are not making you a permanent member!!!!

Based out of Florida. I bought a bottle of vitamins online and nowhere did it say I was agreeing to a membership.

They charged me 3 times for 1 bottle. When I called, they said I was suppose to receive an email to decline which I never received. They then tried to sell me on how much money they could save me. I got nasty with them and they agreed to a refund.

I guess we will see if I get it or not.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It is a scam. If they are a membership, it should be CLEARLY stated.
