To purchase a jacket that I previously rented
I was a good customer and enjoyed renting in the fall and winter. I put my membership on hold.
Wanted to purchase a jacket that I had rented.

Resolved: Clothes purchased not correct size/gently used
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Thank you you gave me a email address I sent photos and proof items were not gently worn or the size in details on the site
The sweater the happy sheep has been washed and has shrunk is firm fuzzy with lots of fluff bubbles
I am disappointed in both items and in your quality control perhaps its because of the Xmas rush
Neither can be sold or should have been sold as gently used items under the details
I have tried twice to contact you since delivery yesterday but just got free people sites hopefully I have the correct site now my order number was FP1617****

Charged wrong
I have never had issues with Nuuly, I noticed yall charged me $300 and I was so confused because I sent back my order, but saw yall charged me for leather pants. I didnt want to purchase them I guess I forgot to send them. Please respond to me when you can to get this figured out.

Customer service sucks I cannot get through without having to put my cc on file. Quality of clothes arent worth the price. Couldve shopped at a bag sale for the same worn out quality.

I have been trying to reach customer support since 9 am and have not received one response. They say you should hear back within an hour. Im wondering if their site is down.

order not yet shipped and seller was asking ME how to ship it?! I got an email for order UTEENC7N2 where the seller asked me for the QVC code for the post office?
I have no idea what that even means. I ordered on the 19th and there has been no movement--is this a legitimate site?
