This has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Customer Service from them several years back used to be real people you could talk to on the phone. Now they have relegated it to some type of AI system and the service is terrible. I’ve been going around and around with them for over a week and can’t get anyone to help me.

I sent an email a week ago with the issue and they asked me to provide a video screenshot and my version of my phone and software. I sent them all the information requested and then two days later.

I get an email saying they havent gotten anything from me so I supplied the information again and all I keep getting now is some automated response Telling me that they guess I missed their email from yesterday.

This is absolutely ridiculous. You guys need to have real Customer Service and go back to years ago when your people would answer the phone you had great service but your service now is some of the worst in the industry

User's recommendation: Find a different product other than nutshell. Support is horrible.
