Verified Reviewer |This has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced
- They provided requested video, device, and software details.
- They only get automated responses about missing emails after resending the info.
Customer Service from them several years back used to be real people you could talk to on the phone. Now they have relegated it to some type of AI system and the service is terrible. I’ve been going around and around with them for over a week and can’t get anyone to help me.
I get an email saying they havent gotten anything from me so I supplied the information again and all I keep getting now is some automated response Telling me that they guess I missed their email from yesterday.
This is absolutely ridiculous. You guys need to have real Customer Service and go back to years ago when your people would answer the phone you had great service but your service now is some of the worst in the industry
