About my order
I'm still waiting for my order. I received an email that my parcel was delivered to me and left inside a bin, but when I checked all the bins outside my flat, they had been emptied.

They are investigating but have been for ages, I will be filling legal claim if they don’t resolve it
I did not receive my order and Ive been trying to get it resolved since August. Initially thought it was a great company but as soon as something goes wrong theres no help at all, you cant speak to anyone only via email or live chat.

I put wrong address on order, but they sorted very quickly and even sent a second item free of charge

I am very frustrated with Nutrition geeks response to my complaint.
They say that my order was delivered to a 'Roy Price' in Deeside. I live in Bristol!
In the attachment of this order it shows that the order for Magnesium Gycinate was for a double amount for £17.99 paid for with visa card ending with 2219. My order was for a single amount of Mg Glycinate for £11.20 paid with visa card ending with 0351. My name on the card is ROYSTON M PRICE. They obviously assume that I ordered the item which was delivered to Deeside.@blueyonder.co.uk.The email for that order is 'royprice44@***.com.
My email is 'cp007d6304.
My bank statement shows the payment of £11.20. I appreciate your support.
